- Relaxer should b epurchased with Fortifier Treatment, Hair and Scalp Balm, and Neutralizing Shampoo. The Fortifier Treatment strengthens the hair during any chemical process. The Hair and Scalp Balm protects the scalp from irritation. Use Neutralizing Shampoo to properly rinse and remove the relaxer from the hair. Neutralizing Shampoo also lowers the pH level of the hair following a chemical process.
