These additional pigments can balance out a color formulation to give the stylist added control of warmth in the hair: Ash Green neutralizes red tones when starting level is 1-3, Ash Blue neutralizes orange tones when starting level is a 3-5, Ash neutralizes orange-gold tones when starting level is a 6-8, Red and Yellow add warmth and brightness
